Table Games passing is a huge victory. I am from Baltimore. Now affluent gamblers from Baltimore and DC have a much closer alternative to the tables in Atlantic City and it’s 2 1/2 Hour Drive…….Once again, it’s about time !

Let me put this even better: This is an enormous victory for Charlestown. Now a more affluent and economically diverse group of gamblers will bring in far more revenue to Charlestown Raceway and keep it one step ahead of my home state of MD. And believe me, I am not complaining ! I am relieved that I will no longer have to drive 2 1/2 Hours to Atlantic City to play table games. This is long overdue. Well done Jefferson County !!!

If the NO voters are worried about crime, sin, alcohol, traffic and being tempted by loose women because table games are comming they should sell me their homes for 10 cents on a dollar. It is still safe in Utah. You No No people should run before it is to late. Save
yourselves!!!! We are turning into Deadwood.

OH JOY ! The comments from Jack say it all – no more driving to Atlantic City! I live in Harpers Ferry. The summer I-70 west traffic thru Frederick and 340 west traffic into H.F. is a NIGHTMARE as it is – what will it be like when they all come pouring in on the weekends from Maryland to play table games?! I dread my Friday night commute even more now…
